Review scope

PDF Tools Hub curation and workflow grouping review

This hub is reviewed when related tool pages are added, absorbed into suites, or removed from public discovery.

What belongs here

This hub covers the document chores that appear around contracts, reports, scans, invoices, and handoff files: combine pages, split out the part you need, remove mistakes, or convert the document into image output for review.

The goal is not to force you through many tiny document pages. It is to keep the whole PDF workflow understandable before you choose the exact operation.

How to choose the right document tool

Use merge when the final deliverable must become one file, split when only a subset matters, signer when approval or acknowledgement is the next action, and crop or layout tools when readability or print-fit is the issue.

Conversion pages are best treated as bridge tools between document review and image-based publishing workflows.

When to leave the hub

Move into the image hub when the document is already stable and the real job becomes thumbnail preparation, upload optimization, or image editing after PDF export.

Move into the text hub when the problem is not page structure but the wording, subtitles, or copied text inside the document workflow.
