What To Include
- The email address on your PulseLock account, if you have one.

Billing and Purchase Help
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play and synchronized through RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account. You can restore purchases from the app. Refund requests are handled through the store where the purchase was made.
Account and Privacy Requests
You can delete account data from Account and privacy controls in the app. You can also request privacy help, deletion, access, or correction by contacting [email protected].
Widgets, Watch, and Wallpaper Help
Widget, watch, Live Activity, and wallpaper behavior depends on platform permissions, background refresh settings, device battery settings, app version, network availability, and data provider availability. If a surface looks stale, open the app once, confirm your entitlement state, and refresh the affected configuration.
Data and Alerts
Market, weather, and air-quality snapshots can be delayed or unavailable when providers, networks, or operating systems limit updates. Alerts are informational and should not be used for emergency, safety-critical, medical, financial trading, or time-critical decisions.
