1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between the operator and users of AsKrs ("the Service"). They apply to all features provided under the askrs.com domain.

2. Registration

Accounts are created via Google social login only. Voting is restricted for 24 hours after sign-up; topic posting requires 7 days of membership.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Operating multiple accounts or engaging in abuse
• Posting defamatory, abusive, or hateful content
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Copyright infringement, adult content, or spreading misinformation

4. Intellectual property

Authors retain copyright over their topics and comments. The Service is granted a licence to display, index, search, and archive this content for operational purposes.

5. Changes and termination

The operator may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

Opinions posted by users represent the views of their authors. The Service bears no responsibility for disputes arising from user-generated content.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the court with jurisdiction over the operator's registered address.
