Can Korean Won stablecoins be used for public payments?
Could a won-denominated stablecoin work for public payments? Consider confirmation, refunds, redemption, operational responsibility and access to existing payment methods. Would adoption be feasible, would you begin with a limited pilot or would it be difficult to implement?
