Should AI Coding Tools Be Allowed in Developer Hiring Assignments?
How could a hiring assignment distinguish AI assistance from what the applicant understands independently? Disclosing the help used and discussing or revising the result could show that understanding. With such assessment, would you allow broad use, set conditions, start a trial or keep tools out?
