Should concert ticket resale profits be shared with artists?
If resale gains were shared, what would count as profit after the original price, fees and transaction costs? Access for someone seeking a ticket and the seller’s share also matter. Under those conditions, would you favor a share for artists, a price ceiling or neither approach?
