Can AI interview results be used as grounds for job rejection?
After a rejection based on an AI interview, could an applicant find out which responses and criteria affected the decision? Human reconsideration, a chance to correct errors and responsibility for the final decision also matter. What permission or trial would be appropriate with those conditions?
