Namyangju education dispute: could it spread to 31 cities and counties?

During the launch of the Namyangju community-education branch, some members alleged insufficient advance notice and consultation over the selection of the branch head and changes to operating rules. An emergency committee requested disclosure of decision-making records and the reconvening of a formal general meeting, and questions arose about the relationship between an interim role and the formal selection process.

Allegations alone do not establish a procedural violation. The actual rules and minutes, members' opportunities to participate, and ways to resolve disagreements need to be checked.
