Small firms challenge Gyeonggi school-network contracts won by large firms

Disagreements continued over open competitive bidding and the application of product designations reserved for competition among small and medium-sized businesses in the Gyeonggi education office's school-network project. The office cited technical and service requirements including integration with existing networks, uninterrupted service, and long-term maintenance, while smaller businesses argued that exceptions were being applied too broadly.

Project size or company names alone cannot determine legality. The objectivity of tender conditions, actual delivery capabilities, opportunities to compete, and the stability of school services should be examined together.
