Issue Context
Why this is an issue

This asks whether the National Tax Service should negotiate directly over outsourced call-center workers’ working conditions. Union recognition and an agreement on actual pay or employment conditions are distinct; no complete agreement is assumed. Question review (2026-09-14): The original poll was closed because the headline and broad choices did not clearly identify what respondents were judging. Its question, choices, votes, comments, URLs and sources are preserved. The new poll is a separate question with a newly defined scope, not an equivalent version of the old survey. Do not combine their results or compare them as a time series. Original poll: https://askrs.com/en/t/national-tax-service-recognizes-negotiating-labor-union-of-tax-c-qi7zw4
